These Terms of Service govern your use of the Balkan Fit mobile application. By accessing or using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these terms.
Balkan Fit is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
The workout, nutrition, and habit content provided in the app is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new fitness or nutrition program.
Balkan Fit offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock exclusive workouts, habits, and nutrition plans, and remove ads. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Prices and billing frequency are displayed before purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings.
We do not offer refunds directly — refund requests must be submitted to Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
All content, design, graphics, workout programs, and code within Balkan Fit are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without prior written permission.
Balkan Fit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Results from using the app's fitness and nutrition content may vary between individuals.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or its fitness content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Serbia.
